FAIR data infrastructure for condensed-matter physics and the chemical physics of solids

Consortium Overview

About us
FAIRmat creates a single integrated, extensible, distributed FAIR research data management (RDM) service for FAIR Findable and AI Ready – data.
FAIRmat integrates data obtained from synthesis, experimental characterization, theory & computation, and various applications.

NOMAD allows you to share your data or use extensive data provided by others.

NOMAD Oasis balances the use of local resources, customizable services, and data privacy on the one hand with ready-made tools and data sharing on the other.

Infrastructure
Funding information
FAIRmat is a consortium of the German Research-Data Infrastructure (NFDI) to build a FAIR federated data infrastructure for solid-state physics and the chemical physics of solids.
It is funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) – project 460197019.
